Listing Removal Requests

This directory indexes publicly listed equipment and links every listing back to the seller. We show a listing's photos only with the dealer's permission: on listings we index from a dealer's website, the photos are loaded from that site, not copied; photos a dealer uploads or imports to us are stored on our servers under the license the dealer grants us. Every other listing shows a generic illustration instead. If you are the seller (or an authorized representative) and want a listing — or your whole inventory — removed from this index, email us and we will remove it.

Send removal requests to

info@heavyequipment.ai

Include the listing URL(s) on this site, or your dealership name for full removal.
Send it from an address at your dealership's domain, or from the contact address shown on the listing. A request from anywhere else is confirmed with the dealership before anything is removed, because a removal is permanent.
No justification is required — being the seller is enough.
To remove only the photos — from one listing or all of yours — say so, and we will stop showing them.
If a photo shown here is yours and you did not license it, send us the listing URL and we will remove the photo.
We act on requests within two business days and confirm by reply.
Removals are enforced at render time and survive re-crawls: once removed, a listing does not come back.

Are you a dealer? Join our free dealer program to show your listings with your own photos and keep them up to date! Dealers in the program can also withdraw photo permission in the portal at any time.
