List Your Machines Where Buyers Are Already Searching

Nothing! Listings, photos, the verified-dealer badge, and the website index are all free. If we ever introduce paid features, the Dealer Agreement says we tell you in advance and you can decline them.

Automatically, if you sign up with an email at your website’s domain. For example, a confirmed address at acme-equipment.com verifies acme-equipment.com on the spot. Otherwise, or if we already index your site, we check by hand, usually within a business day, and email you either way.

You upload them, and we host and show them only while your Dealer Agreement is in force. Revoke it from the portal and they stop showing on the next page load. We never rehost a photo from a website whose owner has not agreed to it.

One or the other per dealership for now. Pick whichever fits how you manage your inventory. If you want to switch later, just email us and we’ll move you across.

If a listing sits untouched for two months, we send you one email where you can mark each machine still for sale, sold, or removed with a single click. If we hear nothing for about a month after that email, the listing comes off the directory. Nothing is deleted, and you can relist it from the portal.

We show what you typed. We do normalize the make, model, hours, and price into our own conventions so that search and filters work, and we refuse or flag a listing that fails the same checks every indexed listing passes. We never invent a price, hours, or a model you didn’t give us. A machine with no price simply shows “Price upon request.”

Buyers see your dealership’s name, phone number, city, and website, plus your business email if you choose to publish it. We never show the names or sign-in addresses of your staff anywhere.

Yes. Every indexed listing has a Hide control in the portal, and a hidden listing stays hidden through every re-index until you show it again.

Nothing you need to handle. A buyer can request financing information on any listing. That request goes to our financing partner, not to you, and you are not a party to it.

Yes. Send a removal request from Settings in the portal. Our team reviews every request and emails you with what we decide, and your listings stay up until then. To pull a single machine, mark it sold, remove it, or hide it from your Listings page.

The account owner can close it from Settings at any time. Closing revokes the license, deletes your photos and your sign-in, and sends your listings to our team, who review them for removal.
