A free dealer account puts your inventory in the Heavy Equipment AI directory under your own name, with your photos and a verified-dealer badge. Every listing sends buyers to you.
Two ways to list
Pick whichever matches how you keep your inventory. One or the other per dealership for now; you can switch later by emailing us.
How it works
When the address is at the same domain as your website, the dealership is verified on the spot. Otherwise we check it by hand, usually within a business day, and email you when it is done.
It is the license that lets us show your photos and, if you choose, index your site. Read it before you sign up, and revoke it from the portal at any time: your photos come down immediately and your listings stay.
Your machines appear with the verified-dealer badge, your dealership’s name and phone, and your business email if you choose to publish it. Staff names and sign-in addresses are never shown.
What buyers see
An example, rendered with the same components the directory uses. In search results a listing is a row like this one; on its own page, buyers get your dealership’s card instead of a link to some other site. Upload photos and the illustration becomes your first photo.

Questions dealers ask
Nothing. Listings, photos, the verified-dealer badge and the website index are all free. If we ever introduce paid features, the Dealer Agreement says we tell you in advance and you can decline them.
Automatically, when the email address you sign up with is at the same domain as your website: a confirmed address at acme-equipment.com verifies acme-equipment.com on the spot. Otherwise, and whenever we already index your site, we check by hand, usually within a business day, and email you either way.
You upload them, and we host and show them only while your Dealer Agreement is in force. Revoke it from the portal and they stop showing on the next page load. We never rehost a photo from a website whose owner has not agreed to it.

A listing untouched for two months gets one email with three one-click answers per machine: still for sale, sold, or remove. If we hear nothing for about a month after that email, the listing comes off the directory. Nothing is deleted, and you can relist it from the portal.
We show what you typed. We do normalize the make, model, hours and price into our own conventions so that search and filters work, and we refuse or flag a listing that fails the same checks every indexed listing passes. We never invent a price, hours or a model we were not given: a machine with no price is shown as call for price.
Buyers see the dealership: its name, phone, city and website, and its business email only if you choose to publish it. The names and sign-in addresses of your staff are never shown anywhere.
Yes. Every indexed listing has a Hide control in the portal, and a hidden listing stays hidden through every re-index until you show it again.
Nothing you need to handle. A buyer can request financing information on any listing; that request goes to our financing partner, not to you, and you are not a party to it.
The account owner can close it from Settings at any time. Closing revokes the license, removes the listings you added and deletes their photos, and deletes your sign-in. Listings we index from a public website stay indexed, as they would for any site.
We do not sell or share dealer account information. The privacy notice says exactly what we keep, and the Dealer Agreement is the whole license. Read both before you sign up if you like; the agreement is shown again, in full, when you set up your dealership.
