Equipment financing
Most “get financing” forms sell your details to a dozen lenders who all start calling. This one goes to a single independent broker who already knows the machine you're looking at. They reach out with options — you deal with them directly, and you can withdraw any time.
Why us
No lead auction, no retyping, no obligation — and it starts from the exact machine you're looking at.

Common questions
No. Sending a request involves no credit check of any kind. If you go on to apply with Joslen Commercial Funding, they will tell you what they check and ask for your permission first.
No. Heavy Equipment AI is a directory of machines for sale. When you request financing information we pass your request to one brokerage, Joslen Commercial Funding, and they take it from there. We are not a lender or a broker, and we never quote rates, payments or approvals.
Your request goes to Joslen Commercial Funding the same day, together with the listing you were looking at if you sent it from one. You get a confirmation email listing exactly what we shared and a link that withdraws your consent at any time. From there the brokerage contacts you directly.
Heavy Equipment AI is not a lender or a broker and does not quote rates, payments or approvals. Whether financing is available, and on what terms, is between you and the brokerage. How your details are handled is in the privacy notice.
We hand your request over immediately. How fast the brokerage responds is up to them, and it depends on the details you gave and the time of day. If you have not heard anything within a couple of business days, email us and we will check on it.
Yes. Describe the machine in the message and the brokerage will take it from there. Financing an auction purchase is common; whether it works for a particular lot, and on what timeline, is something to ask them about before the sale closes.
Lenders finance both new and used equipment. The age, hours and price of a machine usually shape the terms offered rather than whether financing is possible at all. The brokerage will tell you what applies to the machine you have in mind.
Most equipment is financed with a loan or equipment finance agreement (you own the machine and pay it off), a $1 buyout lease (you own it for a dollar at the end), a fair-market-value lease (lower payments, with the option to buy or return it), or, for titled trucks and trailers, a TRAC lease. Which of these fits you is a conversation with the brokerage, not something we decide.
Typically the basics about your business and how long it has been operating, the machine and its price, and for larger amounts some financial information. We ourselves collect only your contact details, the amount and timeline you enter, your message and the listing you sent it from. Any application happens with the brokerage, on their own terms.
No. The calculator on each listing works out a standard amortized payment from three figures you control: the amount, which starts at the asking price, and a placeholder rate and term you can change. It is an estimate to help you think, not an offer. The rate and term you are actually offered depend on your credit, the machine and the lender, and are for Joslen Commercial Funding and its lenders to set, not for us to guess.
Not on our side: you can request information about any machine on the site at any price, or about one that is not listed. The brokerage and its lenders may have their own thresholds, and they will tell you if a request falls outside them.
Not at the moment. Joslen Commercial Funding works with US customers only, so the form takes US states and the District of Columbia. Listings from Canadian sellers are still shown; financing for them would need to come from elsewhere for now.
At any time. Use the link in your confirmation email, or the Do Not Sell or Share page. If the brokerage already has your request, we tell them to stop contacting you and to delete the details we shared.
We store your request with a record of the consent you gave, pass it to Joslen Commercial Funding so they can contact you, and keep it for up to 24 months. We do not sell or share personal information in any other situation, and this site loads no third-party trackers. The privacy notice has the full detail.
